You can return a book within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@colonnese.it indicating the order number.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.

Shipping is free for orders above 30.00 EUR within Italy. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 4.90 EUR.
