A Neapolitan nutritional biologist and author, for twenty years he has combined healing through food with the creation of narratives inspired by his city. His career spans study, patients, and communication, with a focus on nutrition and well-being. Alongside his scientific work, he writes plays for the NarteA association and created "MòNapoli," an urban treasure hunt. Colonnese Editore has published "La geometria del silenzio," a novel-game that brings the experience of Naples and play to the pages of a book.
